Many clients are excited about their ideas but are overwhelmed when thinking about how to make their project happen.

Step 1: Reach Out

The first step is often the hardest but we promise we're a fun and friendly bunch. Simply connect with Emily. We never give out or sell your information and there is zero obligation to move forward but we will set up a time to meet with you in order to hear your ideas as well as explore and investigate your concepts.

Step 2: Connect

After you've filled out the form, you can expect a call from Chris or Nick within 3 business days.  This is a very personal decision and we like to keep this a personal and connected process.

Step 3: Consultation

We will schedule a consultation to discuss your ideas, the general scope of the renovation or build, the budget, and the timeline. We welcome all of your questions and this will give an opportunity to determine if Balsam Built is a good fit for you.

You remain in control every step of the way so if you decide you'd like to move forward, we will put together a proposal and schedule another meeting to discuss it. We prefer an in-person meeting to go over our estimates so we can talk through how we got there and make sure to answer any questions so that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions.
