If Balsam Built is a good fit, we will set up a time for you to meet with Nick or Chris, owners of Balsam Built.  This is a very personal decision and we like to keep this a personal and connected process.

We will discuss your ideas, the general scope of the renovation or build, the budget, and the timeline. We welcome all of your questions. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit.
